1. Eligibility and Authority:

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Cook County, Illinois, unless agreed otherwise by the parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

11. Changes to These Terms:
